This survey is a part of an OIE strategy promoted by the OIE Collaborating Centre Network on Veterinary Emergencies (EmVetNet). The aim of this survey is to gather information to create a list of experts for facilitating exchange of good practices on Veterinary Emergency management and risk reduction in relation to animal health and welfare, food security and Veterinary Public Health in the framework of the mandate assigned to EmVetNet by the OIE.
