Job Description: Instructor for two and three-day Summer Horsemanship Schools in various counties across the state of Texas for the summer of 2025
Required resources to fulfill position:
• A well broke, advanced horse suitable for teaching. Western or hunter type horse is an appropriate mount. Horse must be well trained, obedient, and easy to handle and travel with. Horses that are “green broke” are not acceptable mounts for this program.
• Appropriate tack to include, but not limited to, saddle, saddle pad, bridle with a snaffle bit or curb bit. Western or hunter equipment is acceptable. Tack must be safe and in good working order. Severe devices will not be allowed i.e. tack collars, gag bits, rock grinder spurs etc.
• Truck and horse trailer (preferred but not mandatory)
